Does the Fusion Guitar have a Warranty? 

The Fusion Guitar comes with a minimum of 1 years warranty against defects in workmanship and materials. Your warranty also covers return shipping for repair, replacement or refund. Fusion Guitars warrants that the product will be replaced or repaired if defects have occurred in the product during this period. This warranty will not affect the consumer rights of individual countries.

What if it's not a good fit for me? 

If the Fusion Guitar is not a good fit, simply return it in its original condition within 30 days of delivery date and we’ll give you a full refund of the purchase price, excluding return shipping charges.

Do the effects pedals and amps on the guitar apps sound authentic? 

They sound incredible; we have built this guitar because they sound so good. There are YouTube videos of people comparing the sounds produced by the apps to the sounds of the actual hardware amps and effects and it's’ almost impossible to tell the difference. Which apps work with the Fusion Guitar? 

Almost all currently available apps will work with the Fusion Guitar including any app that works with a guitar interface like the Jamup Plug, iRig, Apogee Jam etc. 

Any guitar app multi-effects processors with amp & FX modeling are compatible; Amplitube, Bias, JamUp, Ampkit, ToneStack and more. 

All tuition apps; Yousician, Guitar Pro, Guitar Master Class, GuitarToolkit, Jammit 

Recording and song creation apps include; GarageBand, Studiomini 

How loud is the guitar?

It’s loud! 93 decibels at 1 meter at full volume. This is several times the perceived volume of the average acoustic guitar.

Which devices are currently compatible with the Fusion Guitar? 

The Fusion Guitar is made for iPhone 8 Plus iPhone 8, 7 Plus, iPhone 7, iPhone SE, iPhone 6s Plus, iPhone 6s, iPhone 6 Plus, iPhone 6, iPhone 5, iPhone 5s, iPod touch 6th generation, iPod touch 5th generation. Each guitar ships with a series of form fitting docks which securely holds your device in place, and when docked the Fusion even charges your device! We're currently testing support for iPhone X including a form fitting dock. Fusion Customers will be the first to know about iPhone X support when launched. The Fusion Guitar does not support iPhone 5C.
