Thank you for choosing Fusion Guitars. Your new Fusion guitar is warranted to be free of any patent defects in materials and workmanship if used under normal operating conditions subject to the limitations described below.

IMPORTANT: Be sure to retain your sales receipt, which is considered your proof of purchase. All warranty and service requests require proof of purchase. Also note that this warranty is extended to the original purchaser only when the product is sold as NEW and is not transferable.

Warranty Details

All Fusion guitars carry the following coverage from the date of purchase (plus two weeks delivery)

  • 12 month warranty on workmanship and materials related to the guitar and guitar components (non-electronics or hardware)
  • 12 month warranty on electronic components and hardware

Certain Products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure if the Products fail to be of acceptable quality. You are also entitled to have the Products repaired or replaced if the Products fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. Under the Australian Consumer Law, certain guarantees regarding the Products may apply if you are a ‘consumer’ within the definition of section 3 of the Australian Consumer Law, in particular guarantees regarding:

(a) title to the Products passing to you;

(b) you having undisturbed possession of the Products;

(c) the Products being free from undisclosed encumbrances;

(d) the Products being fit for any disclosed purpose or any purpose for which Fusion represents they are fit for;

(e) the Products matching their description or corresponding to any sample or demonstration model; and

(f) express warranties in respect of the Products made by Fusion being complied with.

The benefits provided in this warranty are in addition to other rights and remedies of a consumer under the Australian Consumer Law, and any other laws in relation to the products to which this Warranty relates.

If there is a major failure with a Product, the Customer is entitled to:
- reject the Product and get a refund; or
- reject the Product and get an identical replacement, or one similar in value if reasonably available.

If there is a minor failure with the product, the Customer is entitled, at the election of Fusion to:
- reject the Product and get a refund; or
- reject the Product and get an identical replacement, or one similar in value if reasonably available.

To issue a Warranty claim, the Customer will be required to follow the instructions at the bottom of this section.


To the extent permitted by law, Fusion shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damage, losses or expenses suffered or incurred by the Customer, howsoever caused.

Customers are liable for any transportation costs if the Product is not found to be faulty.

Warranties do not apply where the Products are acquired for rental, hire or other commercial purpose.


To the extent permitted by law, the following are not covered by warranty unless otherwise specified in the particular warranty relevant to the Product purchased:
- failure or defect resulting from improper care or use;
- normal wear and tear;
- Products purchased second hand or from an unauthorised distributor;
- faulty or incorrect assembly of the Products by the Customer;
- installation of a part or accessory not compatible with the Product and not manufactured by Fusion; an
- any modification or alteration not conducted or authorized by Fusion.
- Any instrument that has been subjected to accidental damage, neglect, modification, abnormal strain, or exposure to extremes of temperature or humidity
- Any instrument whose trademark, serial number, or identifying features have been altered or removed.
- Products not purchased directly from Fusion Guitars or any other legally authorized 3rd party distribution partner.
- Products no longer owned or possessed by the original purchaser
- Any subjective opinions such as “lack of sustain”, “tone”, or personal preferences

Except if and to the extent the law requires otherwise, replacement of Products or refund of purchase price will not be made until the original Product to which the warranty claim relates is received by Fusion and your warranty claim is verified. If a warranty claim is verified, Fusion will endeavour to make the refund or replacement within 28 days of the completion of such verification.

Fusion will not refund or replace a Product where in its sole and reasonable opinion the Product has subsequent to the sale to You become of unacceptable quality due to fair wear and tear, misuse, failure to use in accordance with manufacturer's instructions, using it in an abnormal way or failure to take reasonable care.

Modifications related to alterations made to the original instrument (cosmetic, structural, or electronic).

Any and all charges if no problem is found.

  3. You will receive a claim form and reference number by return email, along with further instructions.

All transportation and insurance associated with warranty claims are the responsibility of the purchaser. Fusion Guitars is not responsible for shipping damages due to poor packaging or mishandling by the freight provider.
