Fusion reserves the right to refuse the return of a Product, except where the Product is under manufacturer's warranty and you can provide adequate reason for a warranty claim or where the Australian Consumer Law applies.
Products returned for refunds must be in their original condition and include all accessories. Shipping and handling costs are not refundable and are borne by the Customer.
If Fusion determines at its sole discretion that you are entitled to a refund, Fusion will issue the credit amount within 30 days from the date that it determines that you are entitled to a refund.
